    ACROSS THE ADVISED AREA. THESE STORMS COULD PRODUCE ANOTHER 1 TO 2
    INCHES OF RAIN OVER AN ALREADY SATURATED GROUND WHERE 1 TO 3 INCHES
    HAVE FALLEN OVER THE PAST 36 HOURS.
    AS A RESULT... RUNOFF FROM THESE STORMS ARE EXPECTED TO CAUSE
    PONDING OF WATER AND MINOR FLOODING ALONG SMALL CREEKS AND
    STREAMS... URBAN AREAS... HIGHWAYS... STREETS AND UNDERPASSES ACROSS
    THE ADVISED AREA. ADDITIONALLY... COUNTRY ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG
    THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS ARE SUBJECT TO MINOR FLOODING.
    DO NOT TRY TO WALK OR DRIVE ACROSS WATER COVERED ROADWAYS. THE WATER
    DEPTH AND CURRENT MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW A SAFE CROSSING.
