    LIGHT SNOW AND PATCHY FREEZING DRIZZLE WILL CONTINUE ACROSS NORTH
    GEORGIA THROUGH 10 AM..ROUGHLY ALONG AND NORTH OF A LINE FROM
    LAGRANGE TO WARRENTON TO MONROE.
    ANY SNOW ACCUMULATION IS EXPECTED TO BE LIMITED TO A DUSTING.
    AS TEMPERATURES RISE...THE SNOW AND FREEZING DRIZZLE SHOULD
    TRANSITION RAIN OR DRIZZLE BY MID MORNING WITH PRECIPITATION
    ENDING BY THE AFTERNOON. EXCEPT FOR ISOLATED HIGHER ELEVATIONS IN
    THE MOUNTAINS...TEMPERATURES SHOULD RISE ABOVE FREEZING IN THE
    10AM TO NOON TIMEFRAME.
    ACROSS THE WHOLE AREA...PATCHY BLACK ICE CONTINUES TO BE POSSIBLE
    THIS MORNING. WITH SNOW AND LIGHT RAIN OCCURRING THIS
    MORNING...AREAS THAT WERE PREVIOUSLY DRY OVERNIGHT MAY BECOME WET
    AND ICY THIS MORNING. PEOPLE TRAVELING ACROSS NORTH GEORGIA THIS
    MORNING SHOULD USE EXTRA CAUTION AND BE PREPARED FOR SLICK SPOTS
    ON ROADS.
