    SURFACES EARLY THIS MORNING...
    TEMPERATURES WILL FALL TO FREEZING OR BELOW ACROSS MUCH OF SOUTHEAST
    SOUTH CAROLINA AND SOUTHEAST GEORGIA EARLY THIS MORNING. ANY
    LINGERING PUDDLES OR MOISTURE ON AREA ROADWAYS LEFT OVER FROM
    RECENT RAINFALL COULD FREEZE AND BECOME BLACK ICE. THE RISK FOR
    PATCHY BLACK ICE WILL BE THE GREATEST ON ELEVATED SURFACES SUCH AS
    BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES. BLACK ICE MAY ALSO FORM IN PARKING LOTS
    AND ON SIDEWALKS AND DRIVEWAYS.
    BLACK ICE IS DIFFICULT TO SEE AND DISTINGUISH FROM DRY SURFACES.
    THE DECEPTIVE NATURE OF BLACK ICE CAN CATCH YOU UNAWARE WHILE YOU
    ARE DRIVING OR WALKING...CAUSING YOU TO LOSE CONTROL OF YOUR
    MOTOR VEHICLE OR TO SLIP AND FALL.
