    * LOCATION...LOW-LYING COASTAL AREAS ALONG THE SOUTHEAST SOUTH
    CAROLINA AND SOUTHEAST GEORGIA COASTLINE...INCLUDING DOWNTOWN
    CHARLESTON AND DOWNTOWN SAVANNAH.
    * TIDE LEVELS...HIGH TIDE IN THE CHARLESTON HARBOR IS EXPECTED TO
    PEAK BETWEEN 7.1 AND 7.3 FEET MEAN LOWER LOW WATER. ALSO... HIGH
    TIDE AT FORT PULASKI IS EXPECTED PEAK BETWEEN 9.1 AND 9.3 FEET
    MEAN LOWER LOW WATER.
    * TIMING...HIGH TIDE WILL OCCUR AROUND 907 PM IN THE CHARLESTON
    HARBOR AND AROUND 912 PM AT FORT PULASKI.
    * IMPACTS...INUNDATION OF SALTWATER IN AND NEAR LOW-LYING
    COASTAL AREAS COULD LEAD TO SOME ROAD CLOSURES AND FLOODING OF
    PROPERTIES.
