    TIDAL RIVERS...MARSHES...HARBORS AND THE INTRACOASTAL
    WATERWAY. THIS INCLUDES DOWNTOWN CHARLESTON.
    * TIDE LEVELS...TIDES WILL PEAK BETWEEN 7.3 AND 7.6 FEET MEAN
    LOWER LOW WATER IN THE CHARLESTON HARBOR AND 9.3 TO 9.6 FT MEAN
    LOWER LOW WATER AT FORT PULASKI AROUND HIGH TIDE TONIGHT.
    * IMPACTS...MINOR TO MODERATE SALT WATER FLOODING IS EXPECTED.
    INUNDATION OF SALT WATER COULD PRODUCE SOME ROAD CLOSURES AND
    FLOODING OF PROPERTIES. SALT WATER WILL COVER PORTIONS OF
    HIGHWAY 80 BETWEEN WILMINGTON ISLAND AND TYBEE ISLAND...AND
    MOTORISTS SHOULD PLAN ACCORDINGLY. IN DOWNTOWN
    CHARLESTON...MODERATE SALT WATER FLOODING IS LIKELY IN THE
    NORMAL FLOOD-PRONE AREAS...INCLUDING PORTIONS OF HAGOOD
    AVENUE...DRAKE STREET...MORRISON DRIVE AND AMERICA STREET.
    * TIMING...MINOR TO MODERATE SALT WATER FLOODING WILL OCCUR FROM 1
    HOUR PRIOR TO HIGH TIDE UNTIL 1 TO 2 HOURS AFTER HIGH TIDE.
    HIGH TIDE WILL OCCUR IN THE CHARLESTON HARBOR AROUND 1134 PM...
    AROUND 1241 AM IN THE BEAUFORT RIVER AT BEAUFORT AND 1140 PM AT
