    * LOCATION...THE LOWER SOUTHEAST SOUTH CAROLINA COAST AND
    SOUTHEAST GEORGIA COAST...INCLUDING AREAS NEAR DOWNTOWN
    CHARLESTON SOUTH CAROLINA...BEAUFORT SOUTH CAROLINA...AND
    SAVANNAH GEORGIA.
    * TIDE LEVELS...TIDE LEVELS IN THE CHARLESTON HARBOR ARE EXPECTED
    TO PEAK BETWEEN 7.3 TO 7.5 FEET MEAN LOWER LOW WATER EARLY
    TONIGHT. TIDE LEVELS AT FORT PULASKI IN GEORGIA ARE EXPECTED TO
    PEAK BETWEEN 9.1 TO 9.3 FEET MEAN LOWER LOW WATER EARLY TONIGHT.
    * TIMING...THE HIGHEST TIDE LEVELS WILL OCCUR WITHIN AN HOUR ON
    EITHER SIDE OF HIGH TIDE. HIGH TIDE WILL OCCUR IN THE
    CHARLESTON HARBOR AROUND 929 PM...AT BEAUFORT SOUTH CAROLINA
    AROUND 1031 PM...AND AT FORT PULASKI GEORGIA AROUND 933 PM.
    * IMPACTS...INUNDATION OF SALTWATER IN AND NEAR LOW-LYING COASTAL
    AREAS COULD LEAD TO SOME ROAD CLOSURES AND FLOODING OF
    PROPERTIES. HEAVY RAIN IS ALSO POSSIBLE PRIOR TO AND DURING HIGH
    TIDE ALONG PARTS OF THE COAST...AND THIS CAN FURTHER AGGRAVATE
    THE SITUATION.
