  • ...LOCALLY DENSE FOG WITH POCKETS OF FREEZING FOG THIS MORNING...
    FOG HAS DEVELOPED ACROSS PORTIONS OF FAR INTERIOR SOUTHEAST SOUTH
    CAROLINA AND SOUTHEAST GEORGIA EARLY THIS MORNING. THE FOG WILL
    BECOME LOCALLY DENSE AT TIMES WITH VISIBILITIES DROPPING TO 1/4
    MILE OR LESS. THE RISK FOR DENSE FOG WILL BE THE GREATEST NEAR LOW
    LYING AREAS SUCH AS SWAMPS...MARSHES...RIVERS AND LARGE DITCHES.
    WITH SOME AREAS EXPECTED TO DROP BELOW FREEZING THROUGH SUNRISE...
    SOME POCKETS OF FREEZING FOG WILL BE POSSIBLE. A FEW SLICK SPOTS
    COULD DEVELOP ON SMALL BRIDGES THAT CROSS SWAMPS...SMALL STREAMS AND
    RIVERS.
    THE NATURE OF THE FOG IS SUCH THAT VISIBILITIES WILL VARY GREATLY
    OVER SHORT DISTANCES. MOTORISTS SHOULD REMAIN ALERT. USE LOW BEAM
    HEADLIGHTS WHENEVER FOG IS ENCOUNTERED.
