    AREA. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 3 INCHES...WITH
    ISOLATED AMOUNTS IN EXCESS OF 5 INCHES...WILL BE POSSIBLE
    THROUGH THIS EVENING. THIS RAINFALL...WHEN COMBINED WITH
    SATURATED GROUNDS FROM RECENT HEAVY RAIN...COULD PRODUCE
    SIGNIFICANT FLASH FLOODING. THE RISK FOR FLASH FLOODING WILL BE
    ESPECIALLY HIGH AT THE COAST...WHERE HIGH ASTRONOMICAL TIDES
    COULD PREVENT SIGNIFICANT DRAINAGE OF FLOOD WATERS. THIS
    INCLUDES THE CHARLESTON AND SAVANNAH METRO AREAS.
    * FLOODING COULD OCCUR QUICKLY...ESPECIALLY IN LOW-LYING AND
    POOR DRAINAGE AREAS. DRIVING COULD BECOME HAZARDOUS WITH SOME
    ROADWAYS BECOMING IMPASSABLE...ESPECIALLY IN URBAN COASTAL
    AREAS SUCH AS DOWNTOWN CHARLESTON AND DOWNTOWN SAVANNAH AROUND
    HIGH TIDE THIS EVENING.
