    PORTIONS OF JASPER AND BEAUFORT COUNTIES IN SOUTH CAROLINA...
    INCLUDING HUNTING ISLAND... FRIPP ISLAND...HILTON HEAD ISLAND
    AND DAUFUSKIE ISLAND.
    * BREAKING WAVES...5 TO 7 FEET.
    * HIGH SURF IMPACTS...LARGE BREAKING WAVES WILL BE DANGEROUS TO
    ANYONE WHO ENTERS THE SURF. THERE WILL ALSO BE BEACH EROSION
    AND STRONG...DANGEROUS RIP CURRENTS.
    * TIDE LEVELS...TIDES ARE EXPECTED TO PEAK BETWEEN 9.1 AND 9.4
    FEET MEAN LOWER LOW WATER AT FORT PULASKI AND 7.0 TO 7.3 FT
    MEAN LOWER LOW WATER IN THE CHARLESTON HARBOR. THESE LEVELS
    TYPICALLY PRODUCE SHALLOW COASTAL FLOODING.
    * TIDE TIMING...HIGH TIDE WILL OCCUR AROUND 854 AM EST AT FORT
    PULASKI AND 950 AM EST AT BEAUFORT. TIDE LEVELS CAPABLE OF
    PRODUCING SHALLOW SALT WATER FLOODING WILL OCCUR 1 TO 2 HOURS
    BEFORE AND AFTER THE HIGH TIDE.
    * TIDE IMPACTS...INUNDATION OF SALTWATER IN AND NEAR LOW-LYING
    COASTAL AREAS COULD LEAD TO SOME ROAD CLOSURES DURING THE
    MORNING RUSH HOUR AND COULD PRODUCE FLOODING OF PROPERTIES.
