Gobraves, how do you know this driver is not getting fired? Disciplinary action can also mean " getting fired." That term is not just limited to being written up.
It's interesting to see how Ms. Baggett is now complaining about the lighting on the square. When she moved in 9 years ago , those same lights were there and she raved in local news articles how great it was to be there. I see she has now changed her mind and would like to use taxpayer money to fix her nuisance.
Hey Blueeyeddevil, instead of just opening their mouth, people should take steps to improve their pay rate than just complaining. Get an education,take training, or other steps to improve your pay scale. You should investigate the salary of a job before taking it. If its not enough then you may need to decide on a different line of work. Don't fault the principle for what his pay scale is. I assume he put in the time and money to reach his educational degree. You think that strings are being pulled? What inside information do you have? You obviously know nothing about the right of a returning vet to their previous postion. If you did, you would understand why the county would rather not be dealing with his JAG lawers in court.

Fact is, most law enforcement cars would have dark tint but for one thing......money. That tint is not free and they operate on a limited budget from tax dollars. As for your resentment of LEO and Lawyers having access to cell phones in the courthouse and you can't, why limit your focus on just that? Why shouldn't you be able to carry your weapon in if those LEO'S are totin' theirs? Shoooot, i'm sure you want to be able to shoot at them if they're shootin' at you! I can't wait to hear your future concerns posted. Your views are very interesting. You don't mind, even pray, that your right to talk on a cell phone in a car will be taken away but you have a problem with dark tint being illegal for Joe Citizen.
