I ask the new Chairman and the new BOC to respond to last year's Grand Jury on the Cook Road and NSP stuff. Is there a list of violations in the presentment that the public is not aware of? If so what is it and what is your response and why were mechanics liens filed on the NSP homes and were any federal laws slighted? Just be truthful and tell us who did what wrong if they did so and exonerate them in the public eye if nothing was done wrong?
