Well said - this attorney and his "gainful employment" has gone on way too long; and why did the voters of the county not have a voice in the manager position ???? Maybe we should have a voice on both accounts.
Okay - we had 11,516 motorist in 24 hours, but Washington Street received 4 lanes; turning lanes and side walks = figure that. Would someone explain to me why the speed limit at the Brown Bridge schools area ( for 6 hours,- really..) are at 25 MPH and Salem Road and Oak Hill area schools and higher MPH.
well stated - may be it is time to start at the top admin to BOE and begin reassessing the people making decisions concerning education matters in Newton County.

I should have said BOE - Now that have to nerve to want more money from taxes. Senior citizens - let us take notice that Newton County is the only county surrounding that does not drop school taxes at 62-65 ages. Their spending habits are above and beyond.
Exactly - the BOC, superintendent or the ones supposedly in charge of our school system; has done absolutely nothing to make the parents or citizens know we have the correct, knowledgeable people in place. This is really sad...
