Please make that terrible man and woman pay heavily for this crime. That woman was just trying to buy groceries!!!! The prosecutor needs to ask for the maximum and the judge needs to give it.
This is interesting: "Upon information and belief, you have created numerous accounts through the Newton Citizen Newspaper website...." What is the legal definition of "information and belief"? Am I wrong or does this basically say that they're GUESSING that this guy is one of the "malicious posters," so they're accusing him based on guesses? And they're dragging him into the fray based on "information and belief"?
