I just left the City of Covington to pay on my light bill and make arrangement on the balance. The lady I spoke with in customer service was very rude, I wanted to be rude to her back but didn't. I just want them to know they shouldn't be rude some peoples are having a hard time to pay their light bill. And don't want to hear that bull**** and I know I am old enough to be her mama. So try to be a little more compassion and respect your elder.
