Stun gun? no......wish her a happy life and go on....she's 17...an adult in the laws eyes....and I've always been told that law enforcement cannot pick them up unless they have done something wrong...and WAS TOLD that running away was not a crime....my how times have changed.....seems like family is need of alot of prayers and hoping that the young lady makes the correct decisions in life......
