Thank you, Mr. Hall, for showing us exactly how you communicate with the public. Now I know that when you give your economic development reports, they are not to be fully believed because you think it is preferable to only highlight what you think is "positive" instead of what is real. With that philosophy that you have now made very public, how in the world do you think prospective businesses will have any faith in what you tell them. I think trust is as an important variable in economic development as the musings of one board member — who, by the way, was elected by a number of people who contribute to your salary — and you have just shown that your word is not to be trusted.
