I say sue the system if your kid is hurt. If LaQuanda Carpenter can run around filing dumb lawsuits and then split town why not? File suit and take care of your kids since NCSS won't do it.
The school system and the schools must produce several pieces of information that the visiting accreditation team will review and look to for evidence: executive summary, self assessment, assurances, student performance, improvement plan and stakeholder feedback.
Dear NCSS please send out a stakeholder survey on Alcovy High School to faculty, staff, parents and all in the district and make it anonymous so people can be honest about the disaster AdvancED needs to be aware of at Alcovy High School. Student performance? Wow it's all below state and county and nation except for a writing score. What is the improvement plan for getting us a principal who has experience with leading a school the right way at Alcovy High School. The LaQuanda Carpenter lawsuit resulted in total loss of respect for her.
