I am concerned. Our schools have a lot of people just walking in and out interrupting teachers and getting in the way of classroom instruction and just crazy I am so worried about security in our schools I work in one and see so many people walking all over that I have no idea who they are.
I am writing in to say I will vote NO to the education SPLOST. I have been calling all of my neighbors to do the same as we do not want a new Eastside High School. We want to keep our building. Why punish us for being successful and we are based on the numbers the most successful school in the county at the high school level. There is a reason for that.
Wasn't it the covington news (notice the low caps for the rag) that wrote about Eddie in their article that started: “Board Chairman Eddie Johnson went absolutely and rudely ballistic during his opposition to this proposal, in spite of the fact that every issue he made was proven to be baseless in advance . . " One reporter has been rumored to say that this same board member was going to sue the covington news when he ran for his first term because they referred to him as something like bus driver running for BOE. This is what you got peeps for the BOE.
