What is going on with the hiring of the second counselor in the small NCCA student body of less than 700 students? First, why is there sufficient FTE to "earn" this second full time counselor and second why are highly qualified people with high school experience and / or counseling experience apparently being overlooked in order to possibly have the relative of a school board member approved on June 25th at the 7 p.m. meeting? Can we finally get some straight talk on this? Everyone is talking but no one is officially talking.
