I do believe I would like to see the position paper submitted by Ms. Lindsey. I did not think school system employees were entitled to such settlements if they requested to be released from their contracts. For that matter, I did not think they were entitled to severance pay if they were dismissed from their positions by a local BOE-- unless they filed and won an appeal that is.
I will also be VERY reluctant to vote in favor of the upcoming education SPLOST.
Let's hope he gets the job & takes his wife with him. Maybe then a competent & supportive principal will be hired.
