The explorers and CARE have done a lot to clean up the community and the officers are trying to get rid of the trash but trash is in every town....
I helped my son, an explorer, write a letter to the landlord thanking him for donating the space.... So your comment of I'm sure someone is well I'm sure I watched each explorer give LT letters to the landlord.... check your facts before writing that you are sure about something
