You know what I don't understand about the whole thing if LC is wanting to recover punitive damages from the get go then why let the bloggers off so easy I mean the claim Shannon black is nothing but a liar so why was she never party to the suit. Also is merely the fact that she wanted ms black to rat out meadors and Dockery to beable to recovery the money for damages. There is something definatley strange here.
Mr Dockery and Mr Meadors I think it is a wise idea to just counter sue and get on with it. You all have done nothing wrong. What this boils down to is this she doesn't like the fact both of you will fight and she seems to be a person that takes things to heart even if it is opinion and fact. Don't stop fighting it prove your points and move on but Mr Dockery I agree with you she needs to show you proof of wrong doing not he said she said.
I contacted this guy yesterday and told him how much we support him in our district. Any time anyone tries to clean out corrupt people they get attacked so I for one thanked him. Sounds like from the link to the Duval County article in Jacksonville that their board feels the same - too many people married to each other there and here.

It is clear that I have no support and/or leverage in asking to cease/desist communication with me on this issue. I think this is clearly a by-product of a previous issue that I was willing to discuss with the two of you and this discussion did not occur. I am terribly bothered about today’s communication. This is due to the fact that I have never experienced any such communication from others in the organizations…ELT members included. Maybe this is to the point that I need to make this entire concern known to the ELT. Organizationally I am not sure how else to handle this situation.

Well I sure wish the newspaper people will look into it. The sub in my daughter's science room said the old guy told her there was a longer letter and had copy of that one in C Hall breakfroom they are most confusing so why was the first one not read.
This is my opinion and i don't care if LaQuanda sues me. This has been in the making a sleeping giant now awakened with it's roots in 2008 to today. There was no way the constant battering of employees and missing reprimands in their files would not eventually come out. IF she really wants the witnesses from FL trip to come forward they will as well as the club sponsors.
