Seems if the moon was "trained" then why did she fire two rounds and why wasn't she charged? I am also trained both military and civilian and it doesn't seen like she is that "trained". If I pull my gun on you them it would be the last thing you would ever see.
This man has a right to protect his property. Seems to me if the woman had raised her kids to respect others and others property then they would not have been there. I would have gotten my rear end tore up if my mom had found out I was on someone else's land with out permission. John is right, I think she was looking for a fight and should have been arrested.
