Riding 4 and 5 abreast is unacceptable. I apologize for my brethern. And yes, you can get a list of the streets which affect you. See the link here. The 66 and 100 are what you want and are all online at http://ridewithgps.com/users/99539/routes. We will alert our cyclists at the pre-ride safety meeting that they are to obey all the laws of the road.
PS The RideWithGPS website will let you zoom on on sections of the route which I suspect is what you need. By clicking on the "View" link to the right of each route you can zoom in, pan, see the turn by turn directions, and print things out.
