NCSO Deputies George Smith IV, Rob Lowry and Stephen Bartlett graduated on Friday, March 21, and were honored at a ceremony at the Winder Community Center. Deputy George Smith IV received several awards during the academy, including the Top Gun award for the highest average in six 30-round courses of fire, academic award for highest average in the class and the honor, integrity and courage award for which he was voted by his class. Smith, Lowry and Bartlett will be joining the Uniform Patrol Division.
