Covington begins design phase to fix drainage problems

The wet winter season isn’t helping the drainage problems in two Covington neighborhoods. The City Council decided to accept a design firm to begin creating a solution for the drainage problems in Cloister subdivision, located at Ashley Drive and Brooks Grove.
