Qingwan Zhang, a 2014 graduate of Rockdale County Magnet High School, shown here with parents Naihong Zhu and Yingiu Zhang, was selected to receive a $2,500 scholarship for the 2014-15 academic year from the Dover Sons & Daughters Scholarship. The scholarship recognizes outstanding high school seniors and current college students who are the children of Dover employees and who have demonstrated excellence through their academic record, test scores, leadership abilities and through their extracurricular activities and work record. Qingwan will be attending Emory University majoring in chemistry. She is the child of Naihong Zhu and Yingiu Zhang who is employed at the Dover company, Hillphoenix, based in Conyers. Brookwood High School graduate Niti Khambhati, the daughter of Nilesh Khambhati, an employee at Hillphoenix, was also selected to receive a $2,500 scholarship for the 2014-15 academic year. Niti is currently a student at Georgia Institute of Technology majoring in bio-chemistry. (Special Photo)
