Superior Court Judge Samuel Ozburn accepts the R.O. Arnold Award from the Covington-Newton County Chamber of Commerce at their annual meeting at the Charlie Elliott Wildlife Center Thursday night. Making the presentation to a surprised Judge Ozburn are Chamber President Hunter Hall and former Arnold Award recipient Louise Adams. Considered to be the most prestigious honor a Newton County resident can receive, the award recognizes a lifetime of community involvement and achievement.
