Judge Henry Baker swore in Newton County Board of Education members, District 2's Eddie Johnson, center, and District 4's Almond Turner on Tuesday. Johnson is beginning his fifth year, or second term, on the board and Turner his 17th year, or fifth term, after both being reelected in November.
