Eagles soar to win and clinch playoff spot
COVINGTON -- Eastside found itself in unfamiliar territory to open the second half of their Homecoming game against visiting Walnut Grove territory -- its own territory.. The Eagles (6-2, 4-1 in region 8-AAAA) dominated the game from the opening play on their way to a 55-20 playoff-clinching victory.
