Franklin Perry, who is currently an educational consultant living in Newton County, plans to run as a Democrat for the District 4 seat on the Newton County Board of Education.

Dr Perry a Newton county Planted Seed..wherever a seed is sown a harvest will surely come..Newton County Must gather this it's harvest..for it is anchored in an overflow of excellence.
