Mill Street in Covington remains closed through August 30 as repairs are being made to correct a drainage problem resulting from pipes collapsing underneath the roadway, according to Transportation Manager Billy Skinner. In addition to installing a box culvert, some sanitary sewer lines have been rerouted to improve function, he said.
