At a Tuesday morning press conference, Covington Police Department Public Information Officer Capt. Ken Malcom released a video which showed Sigman paying $1 each for approximately 50 Ronnie Johnston campaign signs. He said the department is still asking those who may have had campaign signs stolen to call 770-786-7605.
