Gary Frizzell positions artwork in preparation for the Georgia Artists with Disabilities exhibition at Nancy Guinn Memorial Library. The traveling exhibition presents more than 50 pieces of artwork including oil paintings, ink and pencil drawings, sculptures and other works for display through March 3.
