Abigail Morgan Coggin and her husband Derek leave the Newton County Administrative Building all smiles with two tired children, 8-year-old Shaw and 4-year-old Kathleen, after Tuesday’s general Election. The Republican candidate took the District 5 seat with 64.76 percent of the votes.
