Newton admin running for Rockdale BOE
CONYERS -- A middle school administrator in a neighboring county is running for an open seat on the Rockdale County Board of Education.Darrell L. Stephens, 43, qualified last week for the open Post 1 At Large seat on the school board. The seat is held by Jeff Dugan, who is not seeking re-election to his post after 15 years in office.
