A tow service loads a SUV onto a flatbed truck following two chain reaction traffic accidents Thursday afternoon in the eastbound lanes of Interstate 20 and just west of the Ga. Highway 138 exit ramp. The accident closed all eastbound lanes as the wreckage was cleared. No one was seriously injured. National EMS of Conyers transported two people to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
