The name of Esther Occeas of a Boulevard address in Atlanta was listed on the Newton Citizen's Blotter for June 24, 2011, when she was arrested and charged with deposit account fraud. Those charges were later dismissed by District Attorney Layla Zon due to "lack of prosecution" by the victim
