SCRAPBOOK: Conyers youth competes in national equestrian contest

Conyers resident Annalia Evans, 12, attended Interscholastic Equestrian Association (IEA) Zones in April in Savannah, where she competed against riders from five states to secure a spot at IEA Nationals. Annalia placed first out of 14 riders in her division and will travel to Oklahoma City in June to compete for a national title against riders from all over the country. Annalia rides for Brookwood Equestrian IEA Middle School Team. While this is her first year in IEA, she has been competing independently for six years.
