Free lunch seminar at Wall Street in Conyers
Wall Street Conyers Office Condominiums, located at the intersection of Salem Road and Wall Street in Conyers, is hosting a Think Tank from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on June 26.
Brian Howe of ThinkTank Coaching will lead the open forum discussion on “Becoming a Networking Ninja — How to Grow your Business with Networking.” Katie Beam, marketing director for Wall Street Conyers, will host the event. Lunch will be served, and there will be door prizes and networking opportunities.
Howe is a longtime resident of Rockdale County and has been operating his own coaching company for 16 years. His credentials include being chairman of the Conyers-Rockdale Chamber of Commerce Workforce Development and Innovation Alliance Committees. He was also awarded the Chairperson of the Year 2000. He currently is co-chairman of The Entrepreneurial Academy, a business owner boot camp, and is a master business and personal network consultant and trainer for the chamber and its members.
“We are inviting all of the members of the business community to join us for lunch and to take advantage of a peer advisor group,” Beam said. “The program is designed to help everyone who is trying to build or grow their business.”

Former Pearl Vision now The Eye Center
The Eye Center is now the new name for a former Pearl Vision Center, located at 1192 Dogwood Drive in Conyers. The Eye Center is a private practice, not a franchise, and is owned and operated by Dr. David Grosswald, who formerly ran the Pearl Vision Center for 16 years at that location.
