Service Guild of Covington wins awards for community involvement

The Georgia Federated Woman’s Club Service Guild of Covington was among 13 other GFWC groups at the annual GFWC 10th District Spring Meeting held at the Georgia Club on March 26. The GFWC of Covington received many citations for its outstanding 2013 community achievements and was awarded silver in six areas including arts, conservation, education, home life, public issues and international outreach.
