Wilbanks -- Bennett
Jessica Louise Wilbanks and Nicholas Lewis Bennett were married Oct. 20, at Cuscowilla on Lake Oconee. Beverly Chapman Markham officiated the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Jo Slade Wilbanks of Macon and the late Thomas Warren Wilbanks of Statesboro.
The groom is the son of Charles William Bennett and Patricia Gail Bennett of Covington.
The bride was escorted by her mother, Jo Slade Wilbanks, and her cousin, Patrick Thomas Wilbanks. She wore a detailed diamond white strapless satin ballgown.
The decor consisted of white and champagne garden roses, as well as white hydrangeas with greenery.
The reception was located at the Waterside Restaurant on Cuscowilla, where guests enjoyed a sit-down dinner.
The bride's attendants were: Lori Arnold, Lacey Stevens, Katey Anderson, Katie Banister, Rainey Pearson, Erica Cannon, Bridgett Battaglia, Audrey Markham, Madison Arnold, Rosalyn Chapman and Nell Chapman. The attendants wore black strapless silhouette dresses of silk taffeta highlighted with a dramatic twisted self bow on the bodice.
Charles W. Bennett, the father of the groom, served as the best man. The groomsmen were: Andrew Arnold, William Chapman, Jacob Lewis, Ryan Davis, Cole Lewis, Justin Kennedy, Sean Wright, Charlie Arnold, Bryce Waldrip, Andrew Waldrip and Fieldon Chapman.
After a honeymoon trip to St. Lucia, Virgin Islands, the couple resides in Loganville.
