RMC employee honored by United Way

At Phillips Arena. Rockdale Medical Center employee Vanessa Dameron is congratulated by Milton J. Little, Jr., president of United Way, for her outstanding leadership in coordinating Rockdale Medical Center's annual United Way campaign. Out of the 1,000 Atlanta area organizations that participated in the 2012 annual campaign, only five volunteer leaders, including Dameron, were honored as Be Greater Atlanta Outstanding Employee Campaign Manager/Leadership Chairs. In 2012 under Dameron's leadership, through fundraisers and employee donations, Rockdale Medical Center raised just over $35,000 in support of the United Way, representing a 50 percent increase over last year's result.
