CONYERS -- State Rep. Pam Dickerson, D-Conyers, will host a Women's Wellness community service event Saturday, June 22, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Salem High School.
The event will provide health screenings for breast cancer, blood pressure, glucose, HPV and more. The event is free and open to the public.
Physicians participating in the event will include Dr. Rogsbert Phillips-Reed, a surgical oncology specialist; Dr. Yara Robertson, a surgical oncology specialist; Dr. Aisha Redmond, an OBGYN; and Dr. Gayla Dillard, an internal medicine specialist.
The screenings are provided in partnership with Newton Medical Center Women's Diagnostic Center; Rockdale Medical Center; Gwinnett, Rockdale, Newton County Health Departments; and Kaiser Permanente.
