The victim of a motorcycle crash that occurred Wednesday afternoon died overnight of his injuries, according to the Georgia State Patrol.

The Pony Express Food Mart was robbed by an armed bandit Sunday night and as Newton County Sheriff's Office personnel search for a man who fired a pistol into his stepfather's home, they discover he committed suicide a short time later in metro Atlanta.

Sheriff Levett: 'This is not a murder'
The Rockdale County Sheriff's Office has tentatively identified the body of a man found burning in the woods Sunday night and has determined that no foul play was involved in his death.
