Sovereign Rehabilitation, a physical therapist located at 1301 Sigman Road, Suite 220, in Conyers, will offer a free fall risk assessment on March 11 from 9 to 11 a.m. The event helps community members identify risks of falling and provides tips on how to avoid falls. Call 678-210-0311.
