Four-year-old Sarah Barker models a spring outfit during the Fashion Extravaganza, a fashion show fund raiser hosted by the Pilot Club at the Conyers Presbyterian Church in May. The models, whose ages ranged from 4 to 70, showed off spring fashions from Belk's Department Store of Conyers. The fund raiser helped the Pilot Club of Conyers continue its mission of working with organizations that support people with brain disorders, diseases and injuries.
