Newton high schoolers attend college day

The Georgia Student Finance Commission recently hosted the fourth annual College, Yes You Can Day at the state capitol to promote and increase access to education beyond high school for Georgians. The main goal of "College, Yes You Can Day" was to have students walk away from the event with great advice and direction on every aspect of pursuing higher education. During the event, students received expert help to apply for college admissions and financial aid. Pictured are students from Alcovy, Newton and Eastside High Schools who attended the event.
