Music teacher, Rebekah Roberts who has been teaching at the ArtSmart Camp for 10 years, shows 6-year-old Jacob McGlamery who lives in Social Circle and attends Mansfield Elementary School, just the right touch for his drum. Roberts teaches music at Lorriane Elementary School.

The Conyers/Rockdale Council for the Arts annual ArtSmart Camp is underway and young artists from far and wide are attending. "ArtSmart Summer Camp offers campers the opportunity to be creative in various art forms taught by professional's in each specific art class," said Sharon Chandler, who has been helping out with the camp for the last eight years.
