Mashed cauliflower
Start to finish: 15 to 20 minutes
2 ounces of cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons of butter
1 medium cauliflower
Salt, pepper and garlic powder, to taste
Chop the cauliflower into very small pieces.
Place the chopped cauliflower into a microwave safe bowl and cook for 12 to 15 minutes, or until tender.
Add the butter, cream cheese, salt, pepper and garlic powder, to taste.
Beat until smooth using a hand mixer.
