A rare photo was snapped recently when two former mayors, one current mayor and one incoming mayor were together for a celebration of Mayor Kim Carter's term of office. They are (l-r) former Mayor Bill Dobbs (1970-1995); former Mayor Sam Ramsey (1998-2007); former Mayor Kim Carter (2008-2011); and current Mayor Ronnie Johnston whose term began in 2012.
